About The Event
Individuals with disabilities encounter heightened risks as global warming exacerbates disasters across coastal South Asia. Invisible Impact; Disability on Climate Change’s Frontline highlights how this community's needs are frequently neglected before, during, and after emergencies. Their concerns are often excluded from life-saving policies due to their invisibility. Disability advocates argue that without representation in climate change discussions at all levels, this group will continue to be the most vulnerable.
